Domestic

Olann ships all its products using Canada Post expedited parcel. Tracking is usually included in parcels that are shipped domestically. Flat rates are applied at checkout.

• Local: 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) 
• Regional: 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) 

USA and International

Olann ships all its products using Canada Post expedited parcel. Flat rates are applied at checkout.

Tracking is not included on orders that are being shipped internationally. However, if you do want to track your order you can select this shipping upgrade at checkout.

Parcels can take up to 9 business days to arrive within the USA (excluding weekends and holidays). For orders outside North America, shipping times can vary up to approximately 3 weeks.

Order Processing Times

All Olann products are made to order by me! Processing times can vary depending on time of year and the products you order. As a general rule processing times are approximately 1-2 weeks. Sometimes I can send your item the next day, if it's already in stock. And I will always advise you if the item will take longer than estimated for any reason. If you are concerned about order times please contact me before placing your order.
